We’ve gotten accustomed to bringing our shows out to County Kilkenny the last few years and it is the best excuse to spend time working in some lovely towns that don’t usually get a lot of touring theatre. It started with Phantasm in Callan for Abhainn Rí Festival before War Of Attrition and Some Flood played Thomastown.
The Union won’t be any different. We’ll be bringing the show to Graiguenamanagh for two night’s of previews on July 24th and 25th. It’ll be a hometown debut for playwright Adrian Kavanagh when we debut the show in The Duiske Inn next month. No pressure then. Be grand.
We’re delighted to be invading Spark Productions territory with the show and after seeing their work in The Duiske Inn we know it’s a gem of a theatre space. It’s the first opportunity to see The Union before it lands in Cleere’s Theatre on July 29th. And any excuse to visit Graiguenamanagh is a good one. Tickets are on the door so get down early.
