We’ve just launched the trailer for Shifting. It’s scripted by John Kennedy, the writer of the play and directed and edited by Paddy Dunne. It also features the talents of our entire cast as they get to grips (or mouths) with each other. Please check it out and feel free to share it!
The song used here is an old Morrissey B-side called ‘I Know Very Well How I Got My Name’. This version is performed by Jessica Walsh and arranged by Geoff Warner Clayton, both members of the cast. The track is engineered by Ken McGuire. It’s the second Morrissey penned track that Jessica has covered for us after last doing a version of ‘There Is A Light That Never Goes Out’ for Trainspotting. It’s becoming quite the habit.
Shifting opens on April 18th and runs until April 23rd at 8pm nightly. Tickets can be bought at the venue No. 76 John Street, online here or booked on 056 – 7794138. Tickets are €10 and €5 on the opening night.
